How to print off letters

The are a couple of ways that you can print off the letters that you need to complete to Cllrs Moore and Blake and they are listed below.

DIRECTLY FROM THIS WEBSITE

From the tab Latest Documents found at the top of our website, hover your 'mouse' over the tab and

from the drop-downs that are shown, Left click on the tab headed up 'Draft letter to Cllr Richard Moore.' This will open up the draft letter.

From your tool bar at the very top of your screen

Left click on FILE 

From the drop-down box

Left click on PRINT

Within the Print Dialogue box

Left click on the PRINT button and the document will print out on your printer.

Repeat the above process for the letter to Cllr Blake.

The banners and adverts from our website will be included in this print, but the letter to the councellors will be there for you to sign and post to them on completion.

DIRECTLY FROM YOUR WORD PROCESSOR

Open up your 'word processor' (i.e. Microsoft Word).

Then toggle back to the BBRG website and from the tab Latest Documents found at the top of our website hover your 'mouse' over this tab.

From the drop-downs that are shown, Left click on the tab headed up 'Draft letter to Cllr Richard Moore' and Left click once.This will open up the draft letter.

Highlight the whole letter by pressing and holding down on the Left button of your mouse and drag it over all the text, which will become 'highlighted'. While the text is highlighted, hold down the CONTROL key on your keyboard and press the letter C (for copy).

Go back to your 'word processor' software and paste the contents of the letter onto a new page, by clicking on to a NEW page and pressing down the CONTROL key on your keyboard and press the letter V( to paste). Then print off the letter on your printer, sign the letter and post off to Cllr Moore.

Repeat the above process for the letter to Cllr Blake.

Finally, please remember to complete the 'return slip' on the bottom of the letter found on the LATEST DOCUMENTS tab of our website to confirm that the above mentioned letters of support opposing the proposed development, have been posted to Cllrs Moore and Blake.
